How to Submit a Census
If you already have an employee census, simply click the “Choose File” button on the Request A Group Quote form to upload your census file. If you do not have an employee census, call us and we will send you the PCI Solutions census template. Once you have filled out the census with your employees’ information, you can upload it when you Request A Group Quote. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call us for support.
